Concrete Preparation

Proper prep is the foundation of every great floor. We mechanically grind the concrete to create the ideal profile for epoxy and polyaspartic bonding. Cracks, pits, and damage are repaired to ensure a smooth, durable finish

Epoxy Primer/Base Coat Application

A high-performance moisture vapor barrier base coat is applied to the prepared concrete. This layer penetrates the surface and creates a strong foundation for the topcoat, ensuring superior adhesion, durability, and long-lasting protection.

Decorative Flakes

Choose from vinyl flakes, quartz, or custom colors. We broadcast flakes into the polyaspartic base coat for full, even coverage and added strength, texture, and slip resistance.

Polyaspartic Topcoat & Cure Time

Our fast-curing, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals and protects your floor. This top layer provides superior durability, chemical resistance, and a glossy, non-yellowing finish.

Typical cure times

Walkable: 6 – 8 hours
Light items back: 12 – 24 hours
Vehicles back on the surface: 48 hours

Final Walkthrough & Maintenance

After curing, we inspect the floor and walk you through the finished project to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and your expectations. We also provide simple cleaning and maintenance instructions so your new polyaspartic floor remains beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance for years to come.

Step four, up close

Flake Goes Down By Hand

Full flake coverage is what separates a floor that still looks new in five years from one that shows every tyre mark. It is broadcast by hand into the wet base coat, to refusal, so there is no thin patch anywhere on the slab.
