Pricing is provided after an on-site or virtual evaluation of the project area.

Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods disclosed at booking.
 
5. Installation Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for removing vehicles, personal items, and obstructions from the work area prior to installation unless otherwise agreed.
Frosty Coatings LLC is not responsible for pre-existing cracks, structural issues, moisture problems, or concrete defects beyond the scope of agreed repairs.
Cure times and return-to-service timelines will be provided at completion and must be followed to ensure coating performance.
 
6. Warranties & Guarantees
Frosty Coatings LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
Any workmanship warranties or guarantees will be provided in writing at the time of service.
Manufacturer warranties apply to coating products and materials used and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Normal wear and tear, chemical exposure, improper maintenance, or misuse may void applicable warranties.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frosty Coatings LLC shall not be liable for:
